This Privacy Notice for California Residents (“CA Privacy Notice”) supplements the information contained in the Part Time Business Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this CA Privacy Notice by reference. This CA Privacy Notice applies to California residents from whom Part Time Business( “we, or “us”) collect personal information (“Consumers” or “you”), including when you visit Parttimebusiness.biz, www.linkwithmeandyou.com, www.streamofearnings.com, productsthathelps.com, fromtoys2tools.com (collectively, the “Site”). Exercising Access, Data Portability, and Deletion Rights
To exercise the access, data portability, and deletion rights described above, please submit a verifiable consumer request to us by sending an email to info@parttimebusiness.biz and indicate “Privacy” in the subject line.
Only you, or someone legally authorized to act on your behalf, may make a verifiable consumer request related to your personal information. You may also make a verifiable consumer request on behalf of your minor child.
You may only make a verifiable consumer request for access or data portability once within a 6-month period.
The verifiable consumer request must: Provide sufficient information that allows us to reasonably verify you are the person about whom we collected Personal Information or an authorized representative.
Describe your request with sufficient detail that allows us to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to it.
We cannot respond to your request or provide you with Personal Information if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request in order to confirm the Personal Information relates to you.
Making a verifiable consumer request does not require you to create an account with us, but we may require authentication of the consumer that is reasonable, in light of the nature of the Personal Information requested.
We will only use Personal Information provided in a verifiable consumer request to verify the requestor’s identity or authority to make the request.

Response Timing and Format
We endeavor to respond to a verifiable consumer request within 60 days of its receipt. If we require more time, we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing, up to a maximum of 90 days.
If you have an account with us, we will deliver our written response to that account. If you do not have an account with us, we will deliver our written response by regular mail or email, at your option.
Any disclosures we provide will only cover the 6-month period preceding the receipt of a verifiable consumer request. The response we provide will also explain the reasons we cannot comply with a request, if applicable.

For the avoidance of doubt, Part Time Business alone complies with the EU-U.S. DPF, UK Extension and Swiss-U.S. DPR, and not any of Part Time Business’ legal affiliates. Part Time Business has certified to the U.S. Department of Commerce that it adheres to the EU-U.S. DPF, UK Estension, and Swiss-U.S. DPF with regard to the processing of personal data received from the European Union, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom in reliance on the EU-U.S. DPF, the UK Extension and Swiss-U.S. DPF. You may initiate binding arbitration by providing us with notice pursuant to Section 14 below. The notice must contain a summary of steps taken to resolve the claim, a description of the alleged violation, and, at your choice, any supporting documents and materials and/or a discussion of law relating to the alleged claim. No representative of the U.S., EU, or any EU Member State or any other governmental authority, public authority, or enforcement authority may participate in these arbitrations. The location of the arbitration will be the United States, and the individual may choose video or telephone participation, which will be provided at no cost to the individual.
